We guarantee that the items you receive match the online description, and if not, we'll take them back free of charge.
How do we classify items at fenyx°?
1. New (with label)
Brand new, unused item with the label attached or in original packaging.
2. Like new
Minor used item with no obvious defects or damage.
3. Very good
Slightly used item with minor defects, but fully functional.
4. Good
Used item that may have slight imperfections and signs of wear.
5. Fair
Commonly used item with visible defects and wear
