Clearance with donations to social institutions
Ernst Klett Verlag is one of the leading educational media providers in the German-speaking market. Its head office sits on the historic Klett site in the centre of Stuttgart, a location with several building units that was modernised as part of a comprehensive repositioning. As part of this transformation, we cleared the entire site and organised the sustainable onward use of the inventory. Our scope covered the complete coordination of clearance logistics, from sorting and categorising the furniture through removal to structured handover to dealers, social institutions and charitable organisations. In total, 765 pieces of furniture were retained and specifically placed. A key element of the project was a socially sustainable donation strategy.

765 furniture items saved through structured onward use
Contrary to the original assessment that complete disposal would be necessary, 20% of the furniture was sold to dealers and 40% was donated. Parts of the electronic equipment were also placed. The result was a significant benefit for both the environment and the resource balance.
Targeted donations strengthen social infrastructure
A central element of the project was passing used furniture on in a socially sustainable way. Schools, non-profit organisations and social institutions benefited directly.
Completely cleared in one week
The entire site was fully cleared within a few days — carefully coordinated and efficiently delivered. A project with a clear structure and fast results.

"I look forward to advising you on the sustainable transformation of your workplace."
