Workspace analysis and sustainable furnishing
The Nunatak Group is a strategy consultancy for digital transformation based in Munich. As a specialist in digitalisation, the firm supports corporates and mid-sized companies across all sectors on their way into a connected, data-driven future. For our client we delivered a sustainable space concept for 80 workstations. As part of the return to the office, Nunatak wanted to create a modern, sustainable working environment — in line with its own sustainability goals and its ambition to make the office genuinely attractive for the long term. Our scope covered the entire delivery: from a workplace analysis including a quantitative employee survey, through the design of ergonomic zones, quiet spaces and meeting areas, to furnishing with refurbished pieces — all within just two weeks.

Workspace analysis delivers clear insights — needs met precisely
A structured analysis including a quantitative employee survey revealed that ergonomics and quiet spaces were being underestimated day to day, while actual demand was high. On that basis we developed a space concept with functional, quiet and collaborative zones — for greater wellbeing, focus and exchange.
2 weeks from analysis to delivery — thanks to clear processes
Only 14 days passed between capturing requirements and the finished furnishing. Close coordination with Nunatak and a well-rehearsed project team made for a smooth, fast delivery — despite the solution being tailored precisely to their requirements.
CO₂ saved — through consistently sustainable furnishing
The entire furnishing used professionally refurbished furniture. That measurably reduced the CO₂ footprint while creating a high-quality, modern working environment — with a positive effect on employee satisfaction and employer attractiveness.

"I look forward to advising you on the sustainable transformation of your workplace."
