Spacebase is a leading platform for booking meeting rooms and event spaces, and also runs its own modern coworking spaces. For a new Berlin location, the team was looking for high-quality, resource-efficient furnishing for flexible workstations. We delivered a total of 324 ergonomic swivel chairs, including models from Sedus (Early Bird) and Interstuhl (Goal). The refurbished furniture meets high standards of ergonomics, comfort and sustainability — ideal for changing user groups and intensive use. Fenyx handled the complete delivery: from product selection through delivery and carrying services to professional assembly.

Furnishing with refurbished Sedus and Interstuhl chairs was around 42% cheaper than comparable new products. The budget was used efficiently — at the same functionality, design quality and durability.
