Circular furnishing for modern working
Delta Campus is a modern coworking space in Berlin’s Neukölln district and part of the ecosystem of The Delta — a company builder for technology-driven and sustainable businesses. For our client The Delta we equipped the new campus with 324 refurbished Sedus office chairs. The aim was to create an inspiring yet resource-efficient working environment for founders, investors and innovation teams — right at the heart of the Berlin start-up ecosystem. Fenyx handled the complete delivery: from capturing requirements and selecting products through to delivery and professional assembly on site.

Refurbishing existing resources saved more than 21 tonnes of CO₂. The chairs were not only delivered refurbished but deliberately integrated into the campus as durable equipment — a clear commitment to the circular economy in practice.

Compared with buying new, the solution was around 69% more cost-efficient — at the same quality, ergonomic comfort and contemporary design. The result is an office that convinces both commercially and visually.
