Fenyx Shop and recovery
TÜV SÜD is one of Germany’s leading testing and certification companies. When one of its Munich sites closed, a large volume of furniture became available for onward use. Fenyx designed and delivered a structured Fenyx Shop, complemented by targeted resale to dealers. A digital reservation system gave every employee transparent access to the available items. The whole project was delivered within two days in close coordination with the client — including inventory capture, invoicing, logistics and professional clearance.

338 items passed on internally — quickly and fairly
Through the digital reservation system, every employee was able to reserve at least one piece of furniture, from height-adjustable desks to high-quality lighting — organised and handed over directly on site.
High onward-use rate — through targeted dealer integration
Furniture not taken on internally was placed with regional dealers or properly recycled. As a result, the majority of the inventory stayed in use and the environmental footprint was reduced significantly.
Delivered in two days — predictable and efficient
Thanks to clear processes, well-rehearsed routines and an experienced project team, the entire project was completed within two days — without interrupting day-to-day business and with consistently positive client feedback.

"I look forward to advising you on the sustainable transformation of your workplace."
