URW operates shopping centres and office property across Europe. When clearing an office floor in Düsseldorf, the task was to recover the entire inventory sustainably and commercially. Fenyx delivered a structured solution combining a Fenyx Shop with the subsequent transfer of remaining furniture to dealers. Through a digital reservation system, employees could select specific pieces. The remaining stock was systematically placed — at a 100% recovery rate and with minimal coordination effort on the client side.
