VARM is a Berlin climate-tech start-up developing innovative, circular insulation solutions. For its Berlin site, the founding team was looking for office furnishing that was flexible, sustainable and consistent with its own mission. Fenyx equipped the space with electrically height-adjustable desks, ergonomic office chairs and acoustic dividers. The aim was a functional, inspiring and resource-efficient working environment — a match for the company’s own innovative drive. Our scope covered the complete delivery, from product selection through to delivery and assembly.

Targeted use of high-quality refurbished furniture saved more than 1.1 tonnes of CO₂. The project shows that a company developing sustainable solutions can also apply them credibly in its own working environment.

Choosing refurbished products meant not only conserving resources but also clear commercial benefits. The furnishing was around 39% cheaper than a comparable new furnishing — at the same functionality, ergonomics and durability.
